Postage Costs
We ship to mainland UK customers only. All items are well packed and sent recorded delivery. We offer free delivery on all orders over £15 when you enter the voucher code JJFREEDEL at the checkout stage. Orders under £15 are subject to a small postage and packing fee of £2.00.

How To Order
Simply browse the categories on the left and add your chosen items to your cart, then proceed to checkout. If your order is over £15, remember to add the voucher code at this stage.
You will then be taken to Paypal where you can complete your transaction.
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of cleared payment.
Returns Policy
We cannot accept returns of earrings for pierced ears due to hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All other goods purchased from Jewellery Jems have a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee.
If you are unhappy with your goods in any way, we will happily give you a full refund as long as they are un-used and
un-marked, and returned in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for any return postage. Refunds will be for the value of the goods only,
postage is non-refundable and for orders that were delivered free, a small postage and packing charge of £2.00
will be deducted from the refund.
Please note, goods will not be refunded if:
1. They have been worn or marked in any way.
2. They are returned in a condition unsuitable for resale.
3. They are not in their original packaging.
4. They are not returned strictly within 14 days.
We aim to make refunds within 5 working days of receiving any returned goods.
When returning goods, please include the original packing slip and return to the address shown below. Please also obtain proof of posting.
